When you knocked on my door to explain your services, I was initially thinking that I could handle it myself… being an attorney and negotiating was what I did for a living. Little did I know!! Once I sat down with you and you explained the entire process and showed me your firm’s work product, I realized I was in way over my head. I now have a beautiful home, nicer than what I had before, through yours and the Greenspan Co./ Adjusters International’s efforts. We never believed that we would have over $390,000.00 worth of personal property, let alone to be able to collect this amount upfront from our insurance carrier. Jenny’s meticulous efforts in detailing every single item that we had ultimately led to your office being able to secure for us our policy limits. I know it was no easy feat to battle Farmers on the deprecation schedule they applied showing an Actual Cash Value loss way below our limits. However, you did not back off and eventually secured my policy limits on my personal property. Any prospective customers would be crazy not to get you involved right away. You and your firm took a tremendous burden off Annie and my shoulders and we are grateful that we made the right choice in hiring your firm.

We were overwhelmed by our insurance company and the very aggressive adjuster they assigned. In this day and age, it’s hard to find any company who will deliver on their promise; The Greenspan Co. / Adjusters International delivered on its promise. After meeting Richard, I knew your company was who we needed. I could tell by the manner in which Richard represented your company, I’d get a level of advocacy and professionalism I’d never get on my own or if we hired another public adjusting firm. By retaining your company’s service, I virtually had to do nothing regarding my claim; however, I still got everything I was due from my insurance company. It was truly one-stop-shopping; you arranged and held multiple property inspections, created all of the repair estimates, assured the insurance company did not apply a co-insurance penalty, and negotiated a final settlement that met my future needs regarding my property.

To our detriment we learned several months later that this adjuster was not at all independent and had in fact been hired and paid for by the insurance company to represent the insurance company’s interests and not ours. We felt that this conflict of interest was contrary to the insurer’s obligations to fairly and honestly handle our claim...I was eventually referred to you...It is too bad we did not retain your services from the onset. The tremendous effort and result that you and your team brought made us realize in hindsight that if we, or any of our family or friends, ever suffer a fire loss it would be foolish to proceed with handling the claim oneself...The initial offer was approximately $500,000. The ultimate recovery, which was more in line with the assessment of damages, was $2.2 Million...The level of expertise you and your staff brought to the table was nothing short of astounding. Your fee was money well spent.

You gave me courage and strength and showed compassion in my helpless and depressed state. The entire disaster seemed to me like a horrible terror attack…my life's work turned overnight into a pile of rubble. I consider you a true friend.
