Leann Howell is Greenspan’s Client and Vendor Liaison, building valuable, lasting relationships that will aid the company and its clients during their claims process and for our future clients. Leann has worked in the restoration industry since 2015, beginning with a personal property restoration company where she quickly became manager. She is an Certified Contents Care Specialist with an outgoing personality who aided clients across California that suffered from devastating property damage. Most recently, she has been extensively involved with clients from the Thomas Fire, Woolsey Fire, and Montecito Mudslides. Leann is a California local who grew up in Santa Clarita and loves to spend her weekends on the lake in the sunshine.
