Arnie spent most of his life in the insurance industry, working first as a claims investigator, claims adjuster, and eventually Senior Professional Public Adjuster. Arnie is a persistent negotiator with the highest standard of professional conduct. His elite skills and seasoned background have now culminated to focus on appraisal, where he inspects damaged properties and determines the cost of repair and replacement to make our clients whole again. His extensive records and photo documentation and will lay the groundwork for adjusters to advocate on behalf of the insured. Having seen hundreds, if not thousands of property damage claims, Arnie is an expert in the field. Since beginning his work with The Greenspan Company/Adjusters International he has helped residential, commercial, and governmental insureds settle claims totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Arnie has been intimately involved in all major disasters that The Greenspan Company/Adjusters International has participated in, including businesses damaged during the LA Riots, residential losses after the Malibu Firestorms, and the City of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. During the Northridge Earthquake, Arnie helped dozens of homeowner associations and commercial clients, who originally had their claims denied by their insurance companies, and eventually resolved their claims for settlements worth tens of millions of dollars. During the recent Sayre Fire, Arnie represented the Oakridge Mobile Home Park during its recovery from the largest loss of single-family homes from one fire event in Los Angeles City history.

Arnie has been actively involved in the National Association of Public Adjusters (NAPIA) and the California Association of Public Adjusters (CAPIA) for over 20 years. He is a past member of the NAPIA Board of Directors.
