Your company quickly got us a repair estimate, presented it to our insurance company and had our claim settled within thirty days of the fire. We know this was a quick settlement because we have seen other people’s claims linger for months. Not only did you get us a quick settlement, you got us all of the money we needed to make the repairs and bring our building up to code. You also got us a fine result on our Loss of Rents.

Starting from the date of our fire, your office gave us comfort and support and guided us through some problems which developed early and which at the time seemed insurmountable. Your office could not possibly have been more cooperative and understanding especially in the early days after the fire.
