Are you getting frustrated with your insurance adjuster? Are you confused by what the insurance company has told you about your claim?

We understand how challenging and overwhelming the first two months since the Woolsey Fire and the Camp Fire have been for you, your family and the community. We believe that it is important for you and the community to understand the complex claims process, the public adjusting process and, the rights afforded to you under your insurance coverages.

New dates for Insurance Recovery Workshops have been added by community demand. These FREE seminars ensure that you have all the information and knowledge on how to move your claim forward beyond the initial advance payments or promises made by your carrier so far. 

When & Where:

Malibu, CA:
Saturday, January 5th from 2pm - 5pm at the Malibu City Hall.

Chico, CA:
Tuesday, January 8th from 5 PM - 7 PM, and Tuesday, January 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 6 PM - 8 PM at the Chico Family Masonic Center.

No reservation necessary. Light refreshments will be provided.

Who will be there:

Experts on Adjusting, Building Estimates and Personal Property from the largest and oldest public adjusting company in California, Arizona and Nevada will share their expertise with you and will be covering topics that typically occur between 60 and 90 days after a disaster. No attorneys or insurance company representatives will be present.

How to prepare your building claim including:

• Preparing the estimate
• Extensions of coverage for debris removal, code work, separate structures
• Landscaping

How to prepare your personal property claim including:

• Preparing the list
• Aging & conditioning and their meaning
• Deprecation and its meaning
